I used the McDougall team to buy my first home and I'm not impressed. During the process of looking, I felt rushed into buying something due to "circumstances of a new market or else you won't get a home". Homes are popping up on the market like crazy. I was rushing into a home and pushed my realtor to big 50,000 over asked when I did not need to. I beat the other client by 50,000.
